There happens a series 13 processes in between the receiving the fruits to the inlet and delivering the final output at the delivery side. 

Receiving

It is advised to install a cement pool near the plant in order to get uninterrupted supply of fresh fruits for Fruit processing line. 

Washing

The fruits which are supplying to the Fruit processing line is must be fresh and free from dirt and other foreign particles. The quality of the output product is depends on the quality and cleanliness of the raw material we are supplying. 

Grading 

The grading machine is used for separating the waste from the fruits directly to a tank. 

The grading machine here used has a rolling bar design and the speed of the machine can be adjusted.

Peeling & Slicing

Different kind of slicing machine is used for different kinds of fruits.

Spray wash

The peeled and sliced fruits will get washed thoroughly by spray washers.

Osmosis

The fruit slices then pre-boiled with in a machine and to that some additives like vitamin and preservatives are added. 

Spreading

Vibrators are used for spreading the boiled slices for removing the water content from the slices and for some viscus fruits like mango human assistance may needed for spreading the slices.

Followed by evaporation  sweatering and light inspection were takes place. After that the product is packed and ultra violet sterilization were takes place.
